Reuniting Families With the Foods They Love

About Us

Preserving Cultural Heritage

HOBB is the online marketplace built for diaspora communities, bringing together authentic Caribbean, Latin American, Asian, and African brands in one place. From everyday essentials to hard-to-find favorites, we make it easier to find the foods and products that keep us connected to home and culture, while creating more value for you, the brands you love, and the diaspora community we share. Every order does good by supporting the network we’re building together.

North America's Specialty Food Marketplace

Fueled by our love of community, sustainability and cultural heritage.

Built for Economic Impact

We believe access to culturally meaningful food—and the economic opportunity created around it—should be shared by everyone. HOBB is built to serve the people who buy, make, and sell these products, creating a marketplace where consumers, heritage brands, independent retailers, and diaspora communities all share in the value we create together.

Supporting Families In Need

We believe the communities that create demand for heritage foods should share in the value they create. Through our co-op model, every order helps keep more value circulating within the diaspora ecosystem—supporting heritage brands, independent retailers, and community initiatives that strengthen the communities we call home. As HOBB grows, so does our ability to give back, creating a marketplace where shopping for the products you love helps build a stronger diaspora community.
